Nested in a shared artists' workspace in Stoke Newington, Hackney, our studio boasts an impressive number of flashing lights, as well as an awe-inspiring variety of tangled cables.

We're wont try to persuade you that we have the best studio on the planet, because frankly you wouldn't believe us. What we do have is an acoustically treated control room with great equipment, and two acoustically treated recordings spaces; the live room and the dead room (vocal booth).

This studio is where we make our records, and was built with our own hands (with lots of help from other musicians who can actually lift heavy stuff). By recording with us, you'll go away with an excellent recording, as well as with the warm fuzzy feeling that you're helping to keep this DIY label running!

Rates (£30 hourly, £200 daily)

Our rates are very low at £30 per hour or £200 per day, for both recording and mixing. Indeed if you've recorded some tracks yourself but need some help polishing them up in the mix, we can certainly take that on too!

These rates always include James as your engineer (the studio is not available without an engineer), and any (reasonable) number of CDs you want to take home with you.
